A specialist firm doing one thing well.
There are larger firms and there are cheaper ones. What we do is take on a smaller number of cases each year and give each one the attention it actually needs.
A specialist firm, narrow focus.
We do not do everything. We do CIFAS markers, CCJs, banking dispute representation and credit file work. Day in, day out. That is why our cases land.
If we look at your situation and we do not believe we can win, we will tell you on the first call. We would rather lose a fee than waste your time.
Confidential by default
A dedicated specialist team, names off email subject lines, no LinkedIn announcements, no marketing case studies without permission.
A real person on your case
You speak to the same case handler from start to finish. Nobody is bouncing between agents or following a script.
We know the routes
CIFAS internal appeals, FOS escalation, bank complaints process, civil court set asides. We have run all of them, plenty of times.
We chase
Banks miss deadlines. We push back. The reason cases land is not magic, it is following up the same letter four times until somebody acts.
What we will not do
A short list of things you will not get from us. Firms that do these things well, but for us they get in the way of the work.
- No outcome guarantees. Anybody who guarantees the result of a regulated dispute process is not telling you the truth.
- No taking cases for the sake of it. If we look at your situation and we do not believe we can win, we say so. The first call is genuinely free, with no expectation that it leads to work.
- No upsells. We do not sell credit reports, identity products, or referral leads. The fee for the work is the only fee.
- No legalese theatre. Plain English emails. Calls in plain English. If you ever need to ask what something means, the writing is the problem, not you.
The reason cases land
There is no secret. Cases land because somebody actually reads the file, asks the bank to provide its evidence, and then writes back when the bank misses a deadline. Then writes again. Most disputes are won by the third or fourth letter. Most are not won by the first one.
