Client stories

Real cases. Real outcomes.

Names abbreviated, with permission. The cases below are summarised from actual client feedback collected over the past 18 months.

"I had a CIFAS marker against me for two years. Could not open an account anywhere. The team here did the SAR, drafted the dispute letter, and chased it through. Eight weeks later it was off the system. I had a Lloyds account by the end of the month."
A.K.
CIFAS marker removed, London
"Tried sorting it myself twice. Got nowhere both times. They had a look at the file, told me which two CCJs were worth fighting and which one I was stuck with, and got the two off in about ten weeks. Score went from 412 to 718 inside six months."
M.R.
Credit file restored, Manchester
"Business account closed without warning, funds locked, supplier payment due that Friday. They picked up the case Monday morning, complaint was in by Tuesday, money released the following week. Saved my business, frankly."
S.J.
Frozen funds released, Birmingham
"A CCJ from an old phone contract I never signed up for. They pulled the case file, found the address mismatch, and the set aside was granted on the papers without a hearing. Mortgage application went through three weeks later."
D.W.
CCJ set aside, Leeds
"My bank closed me with no notice, said it was a money mule allegation. I had been the victim of a romance scam and had no idea. The team handled the FOS submission and the marker was lifted four months later. They did not let go of it once."
P.N.
NoF1 marker removed, Glasgow
"Quick and to the point. They told me on the first call which entries on my Equifax file were worth disputing and which were not. No upsell, no nonsense. Six entries removed, score now in the upper good band."
T.O.
Credit file repair, Bristol

A note on what we publish

We do not run a Trustpilot. We do not put identified cases on social media. We do not run referral incentive programs. The cases above were collected by email after each case closed, with the client given the chance to redact or veto anything they were not comfortable with. If you would prefer your case never to be referenced even anonymously, just say so at the start, and we will mark the file accordingly.
