We will not bury legitimate negative content with fake reviews. We will not impersonate platform reps. We will not promise that a public news article can be removed when the publisher has the legal right to keep it up. The work we do is real platform work through real channels. How long does account recovery take?
For platforms that respond well (Meta, TikTok), recovery typically lands inside two to four weeks. Stubborn cases can take longer, especially where the original violation was for impersonation or repeat offences.
Can you really remove a Google result?
Sometimes. UK and EU residents have the right of erasure for search results that are inaccurate, irrelevant or excessive. Whether a specific result qualifies depends on the content. We will tell you on the first call whether your case fits the threshold.
My account was banned for something I did. Can it still be recovered?
It depends on the violation and the platform. Some are recoverable on appeal where the punishment was disproportionate. Some are not. We will be straight about the realistic prospects.
