UK specialists, taking new cases

Need to clear your name? We do this every day.

A wrongly placed CIFAS marker can lock you out of every UK bank for six years. An old CCJ can cost you a mortgage. We work cases like these end to end, quietly and properly, until the record is put right.

How it works

Five steps. No surprises.

The process below is the one we run for every client. Same shape, different specifics depending on what we are putting right.

  1. 01

    A first conversation

    30 minutes, free

Tell us what is going on. We listen, we ask the questions that matter, and we tell you whether this is something we can help with. If it is not, we will say so.

  2. 02

    Investigation

    1 to 2 weeks

We submit Subject Access Requests to the relevant banks, bureaus and agencies. We pull the full picture of what has been recorded against your name and where the weak points are.

  3. 03

    Strategy

    2 to 3 days

We write up a plan: which entries to challenge, in what order, on what grounds. You see it before any letter goes out.

  4. 04

    Execution

    2 to 8 weeks

We file the disputes, manage every reply, escalate to the FOS where needed, and chase the slow ones. You get an update every week, sometimes more.

  5. 05

    Resolution

    Ongoing, included

When the marker is lifted, the CCJ set aside, or the entry corrected, we pull a fresh report so you can see the change. We stay on hand for follow up questions.

Why us

A small firm, narrow focus.

We do not do everything. We do CIFAS markers, CCJs, bank account fights and credit file work. Day in, day out. That is why our cases land.

A promise

If we look at your situation and we do not believe we can win, we will tell you on the first call. We would rather lose a fee than waste your time.

Confidential by default

A small case team, names off email subject lines, no LinkedIn announcements, no marketing case studies without permission.

A real person on your case

You speak to the same case handler from start to finish. Nobody is bouncing between agents or following a script.

We know the routes

CIFAS internal appeals, FOS escalation, bank complaints process, civil court set asides. We have run all of them, plenty of times.

We chase

Banks miss deadlines. We push back. The reason cases land is not magic, it is following up the same letter four times until somebody acts.

Client stories

Real cases. Real outcomes.

Names abbreviated, with permission. The cases below are summarised from actual client feedback collected over the past 18 months.

"I had a CIFAS marker against me for two years. Could not open an account anywhere. The team here did the SAR, drafted the dispute letter, and chased it through. Eight weeks later it was off the system. I had a Lloyds account by the end of the month."
A.K.
CIFAS marker removed, London
"Tried sorting it myself twice. Got nowhere both times. They had a look at the file, told me which two CCJs were worth fighting and which one I was stuck with, and got the two off in about ten weeks. Score went from 412 to 718 inside six months."
M.R.
Credit file restored, Manchester
"Business account closed without warning, funds locked, supplier payment due that Friday. They picked up the case Monday morning, complaint was in by Tuesday, money released the following week. Saved my business, frankly."

Frozen funds released, Birmingham
Common questions

Questions, answered straight.

How long does a CIFAS marker take to remove?
Typical cases run between four and twelve weeks once the dispute is filed. The first month tends to be evidence and SAR work. The bank then has 28 days to respond on the merits. If they refuse and we believe the marker should not be there, we escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which adds eight to sixteen weeks but is usually decisive.
Can you guarantee the outcome?
No, and you should be wary of anybody who does. What we will say is this: we only take on cases we genuinely believe we can win. Our published success rates of around 85 to 92 percent depending on service line reflect that filtering. If we do not believe we can help, we tell you on the first call.
Will my information stay confidential?
Yes. The case team is small. We do not discuss live cases externally, we do not publish identified case studies without written permission, and your data is held under standard UK GDPR safeguards. Read the privacy policy for the full position.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 minute consultation is free. After that, fees depend on the case and are agreed in writing before any work starts. There are no hourly billing surprises. Some service lines are offered on an outcome based arrangement: you only pay if the marker, CCJ or entry is removed.
Do I have to be in the UK?
No. The work is on UK records (CIFAS, UK CCJs, UK bank accounts, UK credit bureaus). Most of our clients send us documents by email and speak to us by phone or WhatsApp. We have clients living abroad whose UK records we have cleared without them setting foot in the country.
What do you need from me to get started?
For the first call, just a clear picture of what has happened. If we move ahead, we will ask for a copy of your photo ID, any letters from the bank or court, your most recent credit reports if you have them, and signed authority for us to make Subject Access Requests on your behalf.

Ready to get this sorted?

Tell us what is going on. We will be honest about whether we can help, and how long it is likely to take.
